Sometimes, we try different methods of meditation and not able to understand on how to either continue or should a change is warranted. There are basically 3 kinds if we consider : Yoga, Vedanta and Buddha. All of these take one to the same destination but in a different way and format.
One of the most easiest to reach the destination is following Buddha teachings while the other two if one is familiar on Advaita and Yoga, they lead to the same outcome.
